Appointments are not required however if you are just starting your family research or are new to using our facility an appointment is highly encouraged. GENERAL LIBRARY RULES:

Materials are not available for check out.

No food or drink is allowed.

Cell phones, laptop computers and tablets are allowed. No WiFi access is available.

No personal copiers/scanners are allowed nor is downloading from FCHS computers including using outside storage devices such as flash drives, etc.
DUPLICATION POLICY:
To protect any copyright that may reside with archives materials, staff will consider requests for a limited and prescribed amount of photocopying and/or scanning of approved materials. In cases where the donor of origin has imposed restrictions, the researcher will be informed of the terms. Staff will perform all copying and scanning of archival materials. Personal smart phones and tablets may also be used to take photos of certain resources.
